R packages we develop
We develop software primarily to support research in geometric morphometrics and multivariate data analysis. Below are descriptions of our primary software products.
geomorph

The R package, geomorph, is the most comprehensive landmark-based geometric morphometrics program available, and performs virtually any analysis for landmark data (with certain exceptions). Its analytics span shape alignment, visualization, and statistical analyses of morphological variation; including phylogenetic comparative analyses. Dean Adams maintains the package with contributions from Mike Collyer and other collaborators. The package can be obtained in the following ways.
CRAN Version (Installed through R)
How to install:
pak::pkg_install("geomorphR/geomorph")
RRPP

The R package, RRPP, is a versatile package that performs residual randomization in a permutation procedure (RRPP) to generate sampling distributions of various linear model statistics. It supports ordinary and generalized least squares, comparisons among groups, and graphical exploration of model results. This package is especially useful for high-dimensional data (many variables compared to observations), where parametric procedures are not possible. The following are the different ways to obtain RRPP.
CRAN Version (Installed through R)
How to install:
pak::pkg_install("mlcollyer/RRPP")
gmShiny

gmShiny provides a graphical interface to geomorph, making its shape-analysis tools available through interactive controls. All interfacing with gmShiny can be done by accessing the website.
MetaWin
MetaWin is Windows-based software for meta-analysis, distributed by Sinauer Associates. It supports fixed effects and random effects analyses for single-group, categorical, and continuous models. MetaWin is no longer supported.
